Argentine tango lessons
Welcome to beginners' lessons of Argentine tango, or attend to intermediate or advanced lessons! There are regular lessons in the El Ático dance studio, plus there are several teachers and associations around Finland that organize classes.
Also check out the Finland Tango Community group on Facebook and stay up to date with the latest courses and events.
We also maintain a tango calendar on our pages, from which you can find tango events across Finland.

How can I get in to El Ático?Door opening: on milonga nights, call the number at ground floor door, and the door will be opened for you electronically. Similarly, if you are coming to classes, call from the door. Door cards can be acquired and training time/value loaded into them at weekly milongas. The door card can also be acquired at any separately agreed time. To arrange this, please send an email to: info(at)tango.fi

Why should I become a member? As a member, you have the opportunity to participate in tango lessons and various events organized by Amigos del Tango. The association mainly offers tango lessons in connection with festivals. The association's annual events are Tango Frostbite and Kesäleiri festivals and Helsinki Milonga Weekend - to participate in all of these you must be a member. As a member of the association, you will receive a membership letter in your email a few times a year. The membership letter contains information about tango events and the activities of the el Ático dance studio. As a member, you get a discounted price to el Atico's weekly milongas. The association's Dance Hall is at your disposal for training around the clock, as long as you have paid the training fee!
-
How much does membership cost and where exactly does the payment go?The membership fee is currently 25 euros per calendar year. For example, if you participate in a milonga 9 times during the year, the membership fee has already paid for itself for you (milonga membership price 7 euros/others 10 euros). Membership fees partly cover the basic activities of the association. The membership fees cover, for example, the dance studio space rent and Teosto fees.

I want to develop argentine tango in Finland. What can I do?To get started, contact active members of the association by saying hello to us at a milonga or by sending an email to the address info(at)tango.fi. Then, at the next autumn member meeting, raise your hand and join the board to develop the association in earnest!
