AdT board news and the next meeting

The association's board met on Thursday, March 26th.

• There was a discussion about the Frostbite festival: financially, the event ended up with almost a zero result, and the event's milongas even had more visitors than expected.

• Changes to the association's communication practices were discussed, as the aim is to reduce dependency from the impractical Facebook platform. Now that the association has a new, well-functioning website, it was decided to abandon the regular weekly milongas' Facebook events. However, events will still be announced on Facebook as needed.

• Last year's annual report and the actual budget were reviewed, and they looked good.
