Photographing at AdT milongas and social media postings

It's great that our active tango community is also visible on social media – anyhow, thank you for considering others when filming! Especially if you want to videotape a longer clip of a certain couple dancing, it is polite to ask permission from the people being filmed in advance.

If you are going to share a close-up image or video on social media, it is appropriate to ask permission. This naturally does not apply to general views of the milonga where more people are visible, or if someone is just a glimpse in the video.

If you do not want to be filmed, you can politely express this to the photographer. This is especially true at larger events where the organizers have agreed to film and publish the images.
