Come spend a long May Day weekend with live tango music at El Ático! In addition to four long evening milongas, there will be workshops by Nadia Tapia & Fernando Waisberg on Saturday and a practica guided by Saana Kalliokoski on Sunday.
On Thursday, April 30th, May Day Eve, we will start with an extended weekly milonga at 20–01, featuring DJ Jani Keinänen.
On Friday, May 1st, the May Day at the evening milonga a local tango trio Tyypillinen Kokoonpano will perform at 20 hrs. Milonga schedule 19–01, DJ Emma Murros.
On Saturday, May 2nd, one of the most popular present tango bands from Buenos Aires, El Cachivache, will perform at the evening milonga, schedule 20–02. The band will play two sets, the first of which will start at 22.30. DJ Bernt Andreas Drange.

On Sunday, May 3, the Finnish trio Tango del Norte will give a concert as part of their 15th anniversary tour. NOTE! The concert starts at 17 – PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! The milonga will start after the concert at 18 and the band will start it by playing a few tandas to dance to. DJ Sonja Örndahl.
On Sunday at 14–16 there will be a practica guided by Saana Kalliokoski, suitable for all tango dancers, with a theme 'leading and following': tango.fi/en/event-details/tangowappu-praktika
